6 local, charitable organisations work in partnership at the Flourish Hub –
Citizens Advice Wirral, Involve Northwest, Age UK Wirral, Wirral Mind, Change Grow Live and One Wirral CIC.
These partners are working collaboratively to provide access to a variety of services in an NHS setting that has been transformed to look anything but clinical.
Citizens Advice Wirral – free, impartial and confidential advice services, money support and Social Prescribing services.
Age UK Wirral – a charity that supports people to live a happy and fulfilled later life.
Wirral Mind – Wirral Mind is a local, independent mental health charity offering a range of activities and services.
Involve Northwest – advice services, employment support, domestic abuse support and a range of other services.
Change Grow Live – free and confidential drug and alcohol support service for adults.
One Wirral – Collaborate across sectors and organisations finding areas that require extra assistance to reduce health inequalities – helping to bridge gaps in health services and support.
